- Load in artwork: Wednesday February 27, 10:00am - 2:00pm
aRt Cottage - 2238 Mt Diablo St, Concord CA 94520 - Hang the Show: Thursday, February 28, 11:00am - 5:00pm
- Show Opens: Friday, March 1, 2019, 11:00am
Artists Reception: Saturday, March 2, 2019, 1:00pm - 3:00pm.
Artists - please bring an appetizer or snack to share at the reception. Wine will be provided.
Show Removal: Saturday, March 30, 2019, 11:00am - 2:00pm.

If you cannot pick up your art you must make alternate arrangements for someone to do so. Any unclaimed art will be subject to a $10 per day/per piece storage fee and you will be responsible for making arrangements to pick it up from its keeper.
