Art Break Day is Friday, September 4th

Hosted by Art is Moving, Art Break Day takes place annually on the first Friday in September. Art sites are set up in cities around the world and everyone is invited to sit down, take a break, and make art for free.

2020 marks the 10th anniversary for Art Break Day and the party is happening online this year. CAA is partnering with Made in Concord to offer an art break on Facebook Live at 11am on Friday, September 4th.

Grab some watercolors, permanent markers and some watercolor paper - Lisa Fulmer will lead us through an easy process to paint a lovely feather.

Art is Moving creates and shares community art projects that educate, encourage, and empower people to “take an art break” and make art part of their daily life.
